How did those get there?

The pepper girl is back! 


You know where I'll be spending the day!

Canning jalapeƱos, blanching beans & salvaging some of those massive cukes for refrigerator pickles, every year those first few cukes get away from me!

  3. I am always totally amazed at the amount of jalapenos that you harvest every year. You are the Jalapeno Queen! Y'all must go through a LOT of peppers - you inspired me to can some jalapenos last year and I am still enjoying them - and will be for the next five years!

    1. Susan, we went through 20 jars of jalapeƱos this past winter LOL! I upped it to 8 plants this year instead of 6 since we ran out of peppers in February!
